Here I came up with some easy ways to totally get rid of tension and worries.
- Three consecutive deep inhalations and exhalations.
- Put on your earphones.
- Daily meditation for at least 20 mins.
- Any physical activity for 30–40 mins.
- Talk to your loved ones.
- Watch some comedy clips.
- Sing aloud or dance like no one is watching.
- Just smile by saying this too shall pass.
- Find the root cause of your tension.
- Either solve it or walk away from it.
- Relax your face muscles and give a light massage to your forehead.
- Look at the smile of your favorite people. (Look at us — My Sis & Me)
12. Share your feelings with someone that understands and loves you. Hug them.
13. Go outside and watch the sky, it will help you relax your eyes.
14. Drink your favorite beverage and listen to your favorite music.
15. Write down the best feelings of your life and read them aloud.
16. Recall your achievements. Every little one matters.
17. Walk around. Move your body. Do some stretching.
18. Say “All is well”. (If you watched 3 idiots movie)
19. Think that you can’t control everything and every one every time.
20. Think that this time will also pass. Everything will be okay.
21. Leave the environment that triggered tension.
22. Find something warm to eat or drink some tea.
23. If you’re an artist who can create art, then please go do it. (by this I mean, whenever, I’m stressed out, either I listen to a song or write my thoughts down, that’s my craft, Everyone has theirs).
24. If you can, then go talk to your mom, she can literally save you from all the tension. (Just share some of your past stressed moments with your mom and see how she heals you, Comes on guys, she is the reason you’re breathing).
25. Message me..!! I will try to help for sure.
Bonus one: If you’re dating, then go meet her/him (Lucky you).
Last but not least, look at yourself in the mirror, talk to yourself (But alone, not in front of someone — they will find you a fool otherwise!), and SMILE. Say it loud that You are enough! and breathe.
Use this mantra when you’re dealing with a toxic friendship or jealous coworker, in stress, and to remind yourself you have control over who you let affect you.
